Island Creek Oyster Bar boasts of a collaboration between farmer, fisherman and the restaurant. This oyster bar serves only the freshest seafood caught daily. Their seafood menu is printed daily reflecting the day’s catch. Of course oysters, prepared every which way possible, is the restaurant’s main attraction.

Jeremy Sewall and Skip Bennett own the restaurant. Jeremy also happens to be the executive chef. As co-owners they maintain a close relationship with their vendors or suppliers. In fact they even mention them in the menu, a testament on how important they are to the owners. They wouldn’t be one of the best seafood/oyster bar and restaurant without these amazing contributors.
