Children who receive the benefits of child sponsorship are delighted with the knowledge that there are people, who have never met them, who wish to help them and make sure their lives are improved – that they are fed, healthy, safe and living peaceful lives. It is not uncommon for these children to treasure the letters their sponsors write to them, and to treat them as an extension of their families. The kindness shown to them by perfect strangers from far flung places only show them that God is real and He really does love and care for them.
