Brayford Guest House is a Victorian property located in Lincoln’s West End, one of the best locations in the entire city. It is only a 5-minute walk to the Brayford Waterfront that is home to various bars and restaurants, as well as Lincoln University and The Engine Shed, a popular music venue. It was acquired by Marie and Clint Phillips, in 2008, who have since invested in many improvements such as the new courtyard rooms that offer disabled access, and in addition, the main house which has been newly refurbished to a high standard.
