Yes, there is such a thing as cosmetic dental insurance.  You’d think it was not possible because this has been a controversy for insurance companies. Cosmetic dental insurance provides coverage for individuals who need the help of cosmetic dentistry in order for them to live normal, fulfilling lives.  These may be people who have had teeth problems since childhood, or those victims of crime or accidents.   This kind of insurance policy is indeed a little bit costly, mostly due to the nature of the procedures that are going to be covered.  It may not even cover most of the portion of the bill, but one may conclude that it is also worth getting it, so that at least some of it can be claimed from the insurance company.
