Save the Children – Originally begun in England in 1919 which provided aid to children in Vienna who were affected by World War I, Save the Children was revived in the United States in 1932. Since then, Save the World has helped 37 million children in over 50 countries with programs that include food aid, education, health care and economic development programs.
