Maximo is a fine dining restaurant serving regional Mexican cuisine. Aside from the restaurant itself, Maximo’s chef Amador Mora introduced a new concept, the Margarita Lounge, also inside Maximo restaurant. The restaurant’s interior is elegantly decorated with leather chairs and dark wood tables, counter top and bar. The Margarita Lounge is just across the restaurant, also done in classic tone- leather seating, velvet walls and woodwork reminiscent of the old times. Aside from the main dining room, Maximo has a patio for outdoor dining.
