Deaf Auto Insurance
Deaf auto insurance is basically the same as auto insurance for the hearing drivers. As long as they have acquired their licenses legally and they have a car suited for them, they are given equal insurance coverage as others. The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency is the agency responsible for passing licenses of people who they deem capable of driving and driving safely. If and when they grant licenses, it would already mean that whatever medical or nonmedical condition these drivers have do not affect their driving abilities. Sometimes, the DVLA would apply conditions on some drivers' licenses. When that is the case, insurers are allowed to alter the usual or normal insurance quotes and premiums.
