Three Muses


Three Muses is a combination of professionals in culinary, hospitality and music because it is owned by three unique individuals who shared the same vision for a restaurant. Daniel Esses is a graduate of the Natural Gourmet Cookery School in New York. He uses his culinary experience to bring together innovative, enticing and yet simple dishes. Sophie Lee is responsible for the hospitality and music aspect of Three Muses because she is a musician by heart and a hospitality specialist at the same time. She has a very profound appreciation of New Orleans music but also for its culinary culture which makes her a perfect partner in the business. Christopher Starnes was born and raised in New Orleans and he has had about 20 years of experience with the restaurant and hospitality business. He is an excellent bartender which earned him awards and mentions from media for his signature cocktails.
