Austin Computer Learning Center

Austin Computer Learning Center

Austin Computer Learning Center was established in 1997 as a program of Austin Groups for the Elderly (AGE) in order to provide low-cost computer education to older adults in the area. Classes are taught by volunteer instructors and coaches who are professionals in their field who are always ready and willing to help.

Aside from the low student-to-instructor ratio, Austin Computer Learning Center provides a state-of-the-art lab, materials for home reference and a fun, friendly and low-pressure learning environment. The center is housed in the Austin Group for the Elderly building which used to be the Home for Confederate Widows.
