Number 31 is a cozy boutique guesthouse accommodation in Dublin. It is located in the south of the city center, roughly around 10 minutes away from the main shopping area, Grafton Street.
From the outside, Number 31 looks so unassuming that once the gate is opened, guests are amazed at how lovely the guesthouse and its garden really are. The main house or the grand Georgian house has expansive but simple rooms. The coach house has elegant and modern rooms.
